These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of K9 Mold LLC's website and services. By booking an inspection or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
INSPECTION SERVICES
K9 Mold LLC provides mold detection and inspection services using trained detection dogs, air quality analysis, and professional assessment. Our inspections locate and document mold conditions; we do not perform remediation.
Our findings are based on:
Canine scent detection
Real-time air quality analysis (InstaScope)
Moisture mapping and visual assessment
Optional laboratory analysis
Results are documented in a written report. We strive for accuracy, but no inspection method is 100% guaranteed to find all mold or assess all conditions.
INDEPENDENT INSPECTION
K9 Mold LLC does not perform mold remediation. This independence ensures our findings are unbiased and objective.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
K9 Mold LLC provides inspection services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for:
Mold that develops after an inspection
Conditions not detected during the inspection
Health outcomes or medical claims related to mold exposure
Decisions made based on our inspection results
You assume all risk related to mold conditions in your home and health effects.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Payment is due upon completion of the inspection, unless other arrangements are made. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection for a full refund.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Misrepresent information when requesting an inspection
Use our website or services for unlawful purposes
Harass or threaten our staff or the inspection dog
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
