Dolly detects what is actually growing behind walls and under floors — the source, not just the symptom.

Is the dog safe around kids and pets?

Yes. Dolly is calm and professional on leash and alerts quietly by sitting. As a precaution, we ask that children and pets are not in the immediate inspection area while she works.

Will the dog damage my home or leave marks?

Accepted Answer

No. Dolly alerts by sitting next to a spot. We mark each location with removable blue painter's tape or stickers. Your home looks exactly the same when we leave.

Do you tear open walls?

Accepted Answer

Never. We locate and document hidden mold; we do not open walls or do construction. If remediation is needed, a separate remediation company handles that. We stay independent so our findings stay unbiased.

Is mold harmful to Dolly?
